I rushed down after work to meet the bros for iftar at zam zam,
Unfortunately only 4 of us can make it for the iftar,
Nontheless we had a fruitful time together to catch up,
The service there wasnt tt bad even though we got our food a lil bit later,
Then we performed our terawih prayers together at sultan msoque,
The imam there superb i tell u,
The recitation of the surah all very powerful,
Alhamdulillah nikmat sngt malam ini,
Thank you Allah :):)

DEAD MEAT

 

this was what im talking about from the previous2 posts,

so apparently i used the GPS system in JB,

and as you all know we have to use data i order to use GPS in JB,

i know its gonna be expensive but i didnt expect it to turn out this way,

so i just used the GPS for about 45mins and this was the bill,

$170 is seriously not funny,

so apprently there was this data saver plan which i need to subscribe and only will cost me $15 for a day,

so being stupid and ignorant,

i didnt know about this till i got the sms regarding this,

by the time nasi dah jadi bubur,

 

so my upcoming bill gonna be like 200+,

coz of being stupid,

kalahkan org yg bergayut on hp siang malam,

and this gonna be my record ah seriously,

my bills never exceed 3 digits can,

oh well din suck it up for the stupidity of the highest degree,

 

and im so gonna eat grass lah for the nxt few months,

claps3! :/

likka finally

 

finally finally finally,

finally i step my foot into geylang's bazaar,

and its not somewhere i plannedto go,

thanks to the impromptu gang for bringing me there,

impromptu gang bcoz they always come out with last minute plans,

its like on the go gitu...

 

anddddd finally i got my 1st wheebake's cake too!!

i bought the salted caramel cupcake!

they sell awesome cakes,

eventhough im not a big fan of cakes,

but yeah they taste pretty awesome,

 

and we queued the bee line Qs even b they set up the booth ath 5pm,

like a waddddd...

i always see online ppl going crazy abt their cakes,

and no i know why,

after all its worth it!

kuih kaya raya

 

today we went to buy kuih again,

but today with mom,cik enal and cik aidah,

ohh not forgetting the othe 2 cars (cik enal friends)

 

we went to 3 different kuih places,

pekan nanas,kulai and simpang renggam,

plus tesco and giant at pasir gudang,

phewww quite a tiring day though,

but alhamdulillah, all is good :)

 

but only one matter tt made me kindda sad la,

oh well just have to suck it up,

mayb i shall post it on another post..

this time its -2,

yup i've already lost 2kg,

i'm forecasting that im going lose 4kg by the end of ramdahan,

Im amazed by this malay female doctor,
She could speak mandarin very well,
And the amount of patience she has was incredibly awesome too,
Its never easy being a doctor or even a nurse,
Anything got to do with human beings is never easy,
Because some people are just alienic difficult to handle,
Because they dnt know whats happening behind the scence till they got the hands on,
Everything must be fast,
Fast pace,fast food,fast sick,fast die!!!
Tts my definition of fast pace life!

re-adapt

I got the news the moment i step into my usual workplace,
So i was actually posted to where i used to be 2 years back,
The place i would like be posted at,
Coz of the lesser workload,
But when im there the whole day of today,
I wish im back at the crazy place,
Coz im missing the ppl and atmosphere over there already,
The endless work,the fun ppl and etc,
Ohh well i just have to tahan for 4 more days and hopefully im posted back to the crazy place weeeee uhhhh weee....

Oh and their workflow and system so diff from each other,
Naik confuse dibuat nye...
Thus i have to re-adapt...

iftar berdamai

Initially we wanted to iftar together outside,
But hey since my mom gonna masak nasi ambeng,
Why not ask them to buke here together,
Anw save keching2 :):)
And we can iftar berdamai too!!
So yeah.....
And all of us not bad,
Instead of 4 pax per dulang,
We made it into 3 pax per dulang and we managed to finish them,
Good job ppl!! All of us kindda like a monster!

After iftar we head to h.v to have our oce cream...mmmmdapp!!
I had my almond longan..and it was super awesome!
Ohhh and saw christina the thai monkey!!
Ape lah nasebb ehkkk,
Noisy as usual,tk ubah2 hahahha lol
And yes we were like cats n dogs,
Always fight with tt monkey since secondary sch till now!!
Hahaha

how cute~

Yesterday while carrying the boxes,
I accidently hit the side of the shelves,
Best part i didnt even realised it was bleeding,
So HJ saw it and started to nag asking me to out plaster n etc,
Kalahkan my mom ok...so naggy for wad,
Of course naggy in a good way lah,

I did use the plaster but irritating ahh kept coming off,
And so tak soldier ok...
Then i pulled it off ahhh,
And tt HJ saw it and nagged again,
Then she pasted that on me!
Firstly it didnt bleed tt much,
2ndly its not even the appropriate thing to use lah,
But since she ikhlas then i just layankan la,
Sanggup ehk go cut smaller piece to paste on the wound.. Such nice ppl im working with lol

isit a scam?

So today we went to the market way way earlier,
When i took the car,
While going down level 2 of the carpark,
An old nyonya and his son stopped my car,
I was stunned at first and i wind down tge window,
The son said he wanted to send his mom to clinic and no money,
He wanted to ask for 20-30,
I was freaking blurrr lah..i just gave watever i have,
Mak n abah was waiting at lvl 1,
I tot the 2 ppl wanna ask for a tompang to clinic,
Then when abah n mak board the car,
I told them the story,
Mak ckp mayb scam kot,
Then abah say nvm lah,
Mane tahu malaikat nk uji ke,
Biar kite sedekah jek,
Tu kalau dier nk tipu biar jek,
Janji kite ikhlas.. hmmmmmm btol3 :)

Finally apex resumed yesterday,

and finally i can meet my kids,

so there's sharing session abt israk mikraj project presentation,

the grp yesterday presented on the scientific aspect of it,

therefore i shall share as much as i could capture from it la k,

and the calculations goes on...

 

 

so one of the event happened that night is the granting of discount on solat,

which we have to perform solat only 5 times a day,

so the sharing touched on the significance of solat,

like how solat improve our health,

by stretching our muscles,

even to protect our spine which is a vital bridge that connects our brain

to other parts of our body,

research has shown that by doing sujud,

we actaully discharging unhealthy ions and protons to the ground,

like ground earthing like those wires electics thingy,

geddit??

and by sujud also it makes us feel humble and small..

actually there's a lot of reasons behind everyting,

just that we have yet to dig out all the pertinent points of it :)

1st weekends of Ramadhan

 

going to geylang is too mainstream right?

and that's why i visited busroh street bazaar instead,

the crowd was as crazy too,

end up bought some kuih muih for buke,

coz there were bee-line Qs in zam-zam and victory outlets,

so we didnt managed to get our murtabaks,

 

 

so i only knew abg noh n fam gonna buke at my house,

but i didnt know cik enal and fam came to buke with us,

kindda surprised when reached home,

suddenly i felt touched like that,

like fet happy to buke ramai2 u see,

but sad thing abg mi and wife couldnt make it yesterday,

but insya Allah they'll be coming today,

 

ohhhh and we had our buke berdulang,

thank u abah and mak for granting my wish to buke nasi briyani and berdulang,

its just perfecto to rapatkan siraturahim kan...

and abah n mak specially cooked them instead of buying :)

awesome powsome parents i have...

 

ohhh and the hikmah behind the bee-line Qs kan,

cik enal actually brought murtabaks from zam zam already!!

so lucky i nvr get to buy,

if not overload with murtabaks,

nikmat.....nikmat....

oh did i tell u i got my baju raya already??

on the 1st day of Ramadhan...

well i went home from work that day and my parents told me they actually bought for me,

Shagged to the max

 

 

To be honest to workload over there is really really crazy,

the fast pace we have to adapt wasnt easy pizzy at all,

it really takes a lot of coolness and patience,

especially working with some ppl who just got smthing against you,

on averae we handling 650 patients per day,

and we hit 700 patients on thursday which was hectic,

no time to rest,no time to waste,

just have to do it,

slowly im adapting to it,

almost gave up a lot of times,

well patience is the essence for now,

against all adversity!!

the past

1st day of Ramadhan 2 years ago was the saddest,
Every time Ramadhan starts it would bring me back to those memories,
U wanna know why?
Because it was my first day of enlistment for NS,
Its so sedeh ok, whr u actually wont get to buke with ur family members for the next 17 days in tekong,
Plus the tough n demanding trainings,
But good job to me i did managed to puase all the way!
I just tahan till i became sayur...so lembek...but all worth it hehehe,
To think again its mind over body,
Even without food n drink u can still survive fasting month for sure :)

Last year wasnt tt back,
Just that with have to run around with that topeng n our suits which traps our body heat,
Making us dehydrate more..
But alhamdulillah no problem with tt hehee :)
Sweet n sour memories...weeeeeaahhhhh

GSS in Geylang Serai market

This weekends crowd was crazy,

suddenly an influx of ppl going to the market,

i could barely walk through the market,

thus i just wait smwhr outside the market,

i guess GSS does exist in a market too,

 

well prolly due to the coming fasting month,

where ppl starting to bz with stocking up of groceries for sahur and buke puase,

ohhh plus last minute kenduri arwah,

so tts shall be the reasons for the influx of ppl,

 

oh not forgetting kuddos to all the anak makciks and mamat2,

coz today i can see a lot of them in the market,

good2 can help ur parents and learn abt the market :)

dnt sleep only ehkk eeehhpppp..

huhu...

 

a few incdents to spice up my day,

1st case, we went up and down the carpark for lots,

amazingly there werent any free lots and cars were queueing,

like wth..

i was holding my bladder n i just want to pee lah..

eventually gave up n pangkang from there n park a bit far away,

likka finally!

 

2nd case i the carpark,

there's this pakcik who was unhappy with me,

coz i didnt wait for him to finish his turn,

in the 1st place he shldnt be angry me coz he was pathetically "makan jauh" thus entering my lane,

so basically none of my business,

and its ur fault coz u drove as if  ur driving a lorry,

and ur entering my lane for goodness sake,

dare to horn n stare at me smmore,

its ur judgement that failed u,not mine

 hey pakcik! WATEVERRRR!! wohoooo

 

3rd case was this mkcik almost got bang by this bike,

suddenly heard the screeching braking sounds,

the bike actually hit the mkcik lightly,

aiyooo mkcik pls be careful,

nk puase ni,naseb baik tkde pape :)

Finally im done with all the cravings,

cinnamon melts checked!

victory's murtabak checked!

sugarcane drinks checked!

WC rojak mamak checked!

 

well standard lah nak Ramadhan ni,

suddenly u want to have this n that,

therefore i wont be cravings for any during Ramadhan month,hopefully,

coz i wont really have the time to get them except for sunday prolly?

 

s yesterday i got my rojak,

today i got my murtabak and sugarcane,

just nice~

I heard thw juniors got confined,
Due to the screw up of the sms recall,
How on earth u guys screw up sms recall??
It's as simple as replying tt sms waddd,
Not as if its a full recall,
The seniors nvr screw up recalls b4,
Not saying im talking big of my plt n seniors lah,
But standard is standard,
Nvr compromise it,
Its ok juniors, learn from the mistakes ya :)

kenduri arwah b4 Ramadhan

Ramadhan is just around the corner,
Usually most of the mosque n organisation having the kenduri arwah,
And this is our style of kenduri,
We would make it as pot luck and afyer kenduri,
We would eat together n pass the food around,
Cik sam prepared bubur surau for tonight,

Yup its under a block,
This is actually a organisation by the ancestors and the lengends of block 4,
Since abah and arwah atok from that block,
They were in the organisation,
So every year we would gather for kenduri,
But the sad thing was the members getying lesser,
Due to ageing, most of them passed away,
Last time it used to be more than 50 ppl,
Now its like 10 and below,
It keeps minusing but not adding..
Coz the young ppl i dnt noe where they are,
Lost in the jungle,
Therefore i abort my idea of going for majlis syarahab at bedok stadium,
Coz tk smpai hati to not attend the kenduri,
If i nvr attend means lesser ppl,

Nontheless im still proud of it,
Like the organisation still there for so many years,
Lets pray the more young ppl will join in and continue the tradition :)

And hope will be well and till we meet again malam syawal ya :)

Finally met up with ze girls for our catching-up session,
We're like the 3 musketeers :)
Felt so blessed for our friendship that we harvest since sec 1,
Its amazing at how time flies and we actually watched each other grow up kan,

Best part was,we've already plan for iftar and jalan raye!!

The lunatic water combo

And this was how we celebrated kak ji's birthday!

coz we are the party people!

and we went crazy all day long... :)

 

 

likka finally i stepped my feet into Adventure Cove,

actully there wasnt much rides inside,

none of them can make me scream my lungs out,

nontheless i would say the smthing2 rocket was the best!

the most thrilling in there..

the slides (7th pic above) i would say the 2nd best,

Efamosa slides still the scariest with 6 storey high..

the adrenaline rush was just amazing...

Overall worth the penny coz i had fun with the crazy ppl!!

 

oh oh the snorkelling experience was cool,

so many fishes,

but i didnt get to touch any of them,

scared of me for what??

and the dolphins already in Adv cove but have yet to open to the public,

so many of them :)

 

 

 

and after 6 months,

im back here once again!!!

this round new displays new fishes,

and more fishes!!

and hell yeah the dolphins were in S.E.A aquarium too,

and my manta ray has grown bigger!!

coz he is my all time favourite!!

 

 

 

 

the 3 hrs of sleep from the night before didnt hinder us to go crazy at all,

but if course the aftermath of all these were just unbearable,

the fatigue just taking the toll on my body,

but hey it was all worth it!

great places, great company, great ppl, great birthday party eveything great great great!!

hope kak ji enjoyed her day!

 

and tts how we enjoy our lives before Ramadhan :)
